SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered within 2 working days.

Orders place after 12pm can take up to 3 working days

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Flat rate shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours using DPD. A flat rate shipping fee of £14 applies to orders in the UK. Pleases contact hello@thecoolhampercompany.com for shipping outside the UK

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@thecoolhampercompany.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
